PROMOTION DATES

The qualifying program period for FY26 will begin February 1, 2026 and close October 31, 2026.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Drive and reward HP and Intel sales through education and customer engagement. 

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Participation in the HP Intel Champion Program is open to North American HP partner sales representatives nominated by their DM/PBM and selected for the program. 

CORE PROGRAM COMPONENTS

 1. Training: Champions must complete Mini Master Class Training and associated quiz.

 2. Webinar Attendance: Champions must attend each live webinar, which includes program updates and training (schedule and registration links available on HP Intel Champion site). 

 3. Customer and/or Internal Team Training: Conduct onsite customer or internal partner team trainings. 

 4. Supplemental Training: Participate in additional training opportunities to earn more points. 

 5. Champion Sales Achievement: Submit Big Deals and New Business Opportunity wins to earn big! 

Required Mini Master Class Training (100 points available for each)

Training will be offered on demand within the site and must be completed in addition to an associated quiz. Some trainings may include downloadable assets where relevant to provide reps with sales tools aiding customer interactions. 100 points will be awarded for completion of training and quiz, with unlimited attempts to earn 80% or higher.

Required Live Program Webinar (100 points available for each)

Attend live program webinars or watch the recording and earn points. Stay up to speed on the latest program offerings and standings and gain knowledge from HP and Intel speakers. Champions who attend will earn 100 points for each webinar. 

Required Customer and/or Internal Team Training (100 points) 

When a Champion trains their onsite partner team, or a customer, they earn points! Claim your points when you conduct training by completing a form within the Champion site indicating the date, length of training, number of participants, topics covered, etc. These points can be earned once per quarter, three times per program period. To qualify, training must have unique audiences and/or on varying topics.  

Champions are required to conduct 1 customer and/or internal team training per quarter to qualify for rewards. Points will be awarded for up to 3 customer and/or internal team trainings per quarter, a total of up to 9 per program period. 

All training claims must occur within the program period. Note that all submissions will be accepted as we will track all training claims.  

Supplemental Training Opportunities (50 points each) 

Earn credit when you complete ancillary training opportunities. Within the site, supplemental training will be available for you to consume on demand throughout the program. Complete the quiz (scoring 80% or better with unlimited opportunities) and earn 50 points each (two available per quarter).

Champion Sales Achievement Reward (200 points) 

Earn points for selling! For each Big Deal or New Business Opportunity (NBO) deal submitted, maximum of 3 wins per quarter, maximum of 9 wins per program period, you will earn 200 points. NBO or BD can be claimed once per registered deal during the program period, regardless of future sales. The deal must be closed during the program period and have a minimum of 20 units to qualify. Only Intel notebooks, desktops, MWS, and DWSs sold through this program are eligible. Big Deal or NBO wins must be submitted via the Champions site and validated by HP to qualify.

REWARDS

Champions will be recognized for their ongoing program participation.  

Each time a Champion acquires 300 points in the program and has completed their required quarterly activities, they earn a $100 gift card.  

Additionally, each quarter, 5 Champions that have completed their required quarterly activities will be selected as winners by a random draw. Winners receive a $400 gift card or prize of equal value. Winners for the random draw are announced one week after the close of the quarter.  Champions can only win the quarterly random draw once per program period. 

Please note: Taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual recipient. 

REPORTING

All sales data will be measured and reported by HP. Training will be tracked in real-time on the HP Intel Champion Program website. Customer engagement and team training points will be awarded within 7 days of claim submission (with validation process occurring upon receipt of claim).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The HP/Intel Champion promotion (“Promotion”) is open to North America partners nominated by their PBM and focused on the PS portfolio of products. 

A Participant must be 18 years of age or older as of January 27, 2026. Employees of Intel Corporation, their immediate families and household members, and parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible for this training program. 

Participation in the Promotion constitutes a Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The program contains the following qualification period (“Promotion Period”): February 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026. 

3. HOW IT WORKS

During the Promotion Period, Participants are eligible to earn rewards based on completion of designated HP and Intel training and other activities as described in the “Program” section of this website. 

4. REPORTING

HP and Starshot will track, report, and validate quiz scores and other qualifying activities to determine Participants who have qualified for rewards. 

Sponsors reserve the right to withhold assignment of any suspect awards until such time as the accurate reporting is confirmed by HP. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate opportunity reporting caused by any means (including human error that may occur in the processing of results), or results not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the initiative or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Promotion results. 

5. PRIZES / REWARDS

PARTICIPANTS EARNING PRIZING AGREE THAT SUCH REWARD IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) MAKE NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING ANY AWARD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, INCLUSIONS, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No substitutions or transfers can be made for prizing provided. 

6. CONDITIONS AND PUBLICITY

Participants agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. 

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies from and against any claims, actions, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITY of any kind, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION OR resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance and participation in any award. 

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or if tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by Participants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsors’ sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion or any portion thereof. 

8. CANCELLATION CLAUSE

The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate and/or change this Promotion or change the Event at Sponsors’ discretion without advance notice. Sponsors reserve the right, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Promotion should any cause beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the Promotion. 

The HP Intel Champion Program, sponsored by HP and Intel, for FY26, is an exclusive channel program with partners nominated by PBMs. The top performing partners will earn points and qualify for prizes through the Champion prizing portal.
