PROMOTION DATES

The first qualifying period for FY25 will begin November 1, 2024 and close October 31, 2025. A new qualifying period will begin November 1, 2025.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Drive and reward HP and Intel sales through education and customer engagement.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Participation in the HP Intel Champion Program is open to North American HP partners nominated by their DM/PBM and selected for the program.

CORE PROGRAM COMPONENTS

Partner sellers must meet all minimum qualifying criteria as outlined below to claim program rewards:

  1. Training: Partners must complete Mini Master Class Training and associated quiz.
  2. Attendance: Partners must attend each live webinar, which includes program updates and training (schedule and registration links available on HP Intel Champion site).
  3. Reflection: Partners must complete Self-Reflection Surveys each quarter and submit them within the HP Intel Champion site.

Required Mini Master Class Training (100 points available for each)

Trainings will be offered live or within the site and must be completed in addition to an associated quiz. Some trainings may include downloadable assets where relevant to provide reps with sales tools aiding customer interactions. 100 points will be awarded for completion of training and quiz, with unlimited attempts to earn 80% or higher.

Required Live Program Webinar (100 points available for each)

Attend live program webinars and earn points. Stay up to speed on the latest program offerings and standings, and gain knowledge from HP and Intel speakers. Partners who attend will earn 100 points for each meeting.

Required Self-Reflection Survey Submission (100 points)

Share your thoughts! Submit your survey within the Champion site, and earn 100 points each quarter for your submission.

HP or Intel + Customer Meetings (200 points)

Champions will be rewarded for validated customer engagements that include an Intel or HP contact. Partners will submit a claim for each customer meeting indicating the date, location, details of meeting, etc., and earn points once confirmed by the Intel or HP contact present in the meeting. Note that 3 customer meetings will earn points per program period. All customer engagement claims must occur within the program period (November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025). Note that all submissions will be accepted as we will track all meeting claims.

Additional Training Opportunities (100 points each)

Earn credit when you complete ancillary training opportunities. Within the site, supplemental training will be available for you to consume on-demand throughout the program. Complete the quiz (scoring 80% or better with unlimited opportunities) and earn 100 points. In addition, when you complete external HP/Intel training (Curiosity, etc.) you will also be awarded Champion Program points.

Onsite Team Training (100 points each)

When a Champion trains their onsite partner team, they earn points! Claim your points when you conduct onsite team training by completing a form within the Champion site indicating the date, length of training, number of participants, topics covered, etc. These points can be earned twice per program period for conducting two trainings with unique audiences and/or on varying topics. Note that all submissions will be accepted as we will track all training claims.

SMB NBO (50 points)

Earn points based on your SMB New Business Opportunities. Log a minimum of 5 approved new SMB NBOs in a month and earn 50 points. Each month 50 points will be awarded when 5 or more new SMB NBOs are tracked to a Partner (reported monthly by HP). 300 points are available in the half.

SMB NBO Closed (200 points each)

Earn points for selling! For each deal reported as closed through HP (monthly) by your partner organization, earn 200 points. Maximum award of 3 Wins per half based on a month-over-month increase in closed deals. 600 points are available in the half. Wins will be based on quarterly Wintel sales as reported by HP. 

Sales Target Achievement (300 points)

Reach or exceed your sales targets as reported by HP and earn points. Each half, you can earn 300 points for your organization by meeting or exceeding your CPU sales targets. Targets and achievement will be reported by HP and confirmed at the close of each half.

REWARDS

Champions will be recognized for their ongoing program participation. Each time a Champion acquires 500 points in the program, they earn a token good for redemption in the HP Intel Champion Reward Shop. Rewards will be distributed at 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 points. Winners will be contacted and provided with the opportunity to select their reward within the shop. Please ensure that all program requirements are met in order to claim your rewards.

In addition, each time the entire Champion user group reaches each 500-point threshold, the entire user group will be rewarded. At the time of attainment, all Champions will be contacted and provided with the opportunity to select their reward. Partners can earn up to 4 rewards per half (2000+ points).

Champions’ “rankings” will be indicated based on their participation and achievement in the program throughout the program period. Those earning 100-500 points will earn a Silver Champion designation, 500-1000 points earns Gold Champion designation, and 1000+ earners will be designated as Platinum Champions. These designations will also earn badges that can be used for email signatures and LinkedIn.

100-500: Silver

500-1000: Gold

1000+: Platinum

REPORTING

All sales data will be measured and reported by HP. Training will be tracked in real-time on the HP Intel Champion Program website. External training points will be applied monthly. Customer engagement and team training points will be awarded within 7 days of claim submission (with validation process occurring upon receipt of claim).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The HP/Intel Champion promotion (“Promotion”) is open to North America partners nominated by their PBM and focused on the PS portfolio of products.

A Participant must be 18 years of age or older as of November 1, 2024. Employees of Intel Corporation, their immediate families and household members, and parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible for this training program.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes a Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The program contains the following qualification period (“Promotion Period”): November 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025, May 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025.

3. HOW IT WORKS

During the Promotion Period, Participants are eligible to earn rewards based on completion of designated HP and Intel training and other activities as described in the “Program” section of this website.

4. REPORTING

HP and Starshot will track, report, and validate quiz scores and other qualifying activities to determine Participants who have qualified for rewards.

Sponsors reserve the right to withhold assignment of any suspect awards until such time as the accurate reporting is confirmed by HP. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate opportunity reporting caused by any means (including human error that may occur in the processing of results), or results not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the initiative or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Promotion results.

5. PRIZES / REWARDS

For details on rewards, please see the “Program Rules” above on this website. PARTICIPANTS EARNING PRIZING AGREE THAT SUCH REWARD IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) MAKE NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING ANY AWARD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, INCLUSIONS, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No substitutions or transfers can be made for prizing provided.

6. CONDITIONS AND PUBLICITY

Participants agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies from and against any claims, actions, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITY of any kind, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION OR resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance and participation in any award.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or if tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by Participants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsors’ sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion or any portion thereof.

8. CANCELLATION CLAUSE

The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate and/or change this Promotion or change the Event at Sponsors’ discretion without advance notice. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Promotion should any cause beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the Promotion.

The HP Intel Champion Program, sponsored by HP and Intel, for FY25, is an exclusive channel program with partners nominated by PBMs. The top performing partners will earn points and qualify for prizes through the Champion prizing portal.
